Be 9.st shears ever!
I will be honest and say that I had a bad customer service experience with kenchii earlier this year. I promised myself I was never going to buy Kenchii again because I had lost faith in them from my previous purchase that I wasn't happy with. However when I purchased other brands. I was very unhappy with them. So, I decided to give Kenchii another go and, I gotta say, I love my new "Love" shears set! They cut beautifully they handle wonderfully. Again I find my self singing their praises because of how great they are! I will continue to recommend Kenchii to my coworkers and I will add that you redeemed yourselves with this Kenchii!

Arrived not...
The quality seems good, but none of the 3 scissors were very sharp, especially the 8" curves, which were hardly useable. I checked the tension and made sure they were oiled properly and they still didn't cut near as well as other shears I have that have never been sharpened. I had previously ordered the Love chunkers and they worked great right out of the box so I ordered the 3-set. I would think there would be better quality control before shipping these out to make sure they are ready to go, but all will need sharpened before I can really use them and that's quite an expense right on top of purchasing the set.

I like them a lot, I am thinking I should have...
I like them a lot, I am thinking I should have gone with the 7” instead as I’m used to 6”. I did want them to be longer just wasn’t sure which length would be best. Otherwise they are very nice to use.

Very nice set of shears!
We’ve only used this set once so far on our sheepadoodle and they’re by far the best shears we’ve ever owned. So easy to groom our dog who has long wavy hair. Very much worth the money we paid; just one more use and they’ll have paid for themselves by not paying for a professional grooming!
