Build quality is excellent . It is almost silent . Very light and very comfortable to hold . The charger stand and connection is so much better than previous models . She absolutely loves it . Customer service was great . I ordered this item the Monday before Christmas with ground shipping and expected to receive it after Christmas however I actually received it the very next day and Christmas was saved !

Have only used it a couple of times so far, but so far it is great. LOVE my Kenchii brushes though and will always order those!

I have a serious allergic reaction to scented products and have tried many of them. Kenchii's grooming spray is the only one I can or will use for grooming my two Standard Poodles. It works great, does what it's supposed to do, doesn't leave a residue on their hair and best of all the "refreshing Kenchii signature scent" is undetectable to my sensitive nose. Kenchii will be my permanent grooming spray. Thanks Kenchii for a great product that works as advertised and that I'm able to use without fear of breathing problems!

I have a hard time smelling this spray, it seemed to brush nicely with my Poodle coat, but I would like a stronger fragrance to linger...

This spray smells great, leaves a great finish and works well on a variety of coats types. I love it as a scissoring spray as well! I highly recommend it. My Afghan Hound’s coat felt the best it has in months!

I loved it works really well leave no residue which is nice and helps dry quick and settle scent .
