These shears cut straight and true! Straight out of the box they cut easily through any coat. Having the two different colored metals is so pretty, and the accent piece is amazing. Very pretty designer shear, and works well! Without a knob they're a little more difficult to adjust. I like the ease of knobs over having to have an extra tool to adjust, but the shears do come with the adjustment tool. I wish these came in longer sizes, like a 9"!
