A little hard to open and close

Dull
I’ve only used my thinners three times and they’re already dull and won’t cut any hair. With as much as I paid I’d expect them to come sharpened. I’ve also had to mess with the tension on these A LOT because they keep getting stuck where they won’t close completely so I can’t really use them.

I ordered my shears and realized I had ordered the wrong length, I emailed Kenchi and in a few short days my order arrived w the correction in size and beautiful boxes, oil included! Idk how I've made it wo these lovely shears! I'm happy w Kenchi full circle!!
