Curved pink poodle shears
Hi, I’ve had nothing but trouble receiving these shears , once I finally received them I realized they barely have an curve at all!! I’m so upset! I put my other pair of curves next to these and there’s a HUGE difference in curve. They’re almost straights! I would like to exchange them for a. New pair or my money back. They are brand new scissors still this makes me so sad. I also work with Nikki B . And was referred from her. This makes me not want to purchase shears from here anymore . The shears are awesome! But trying to get the correct pair of shears was totally ridiculousl! Took three separate times to have them send me the right scissors that were ordered the first place. Whoever works in the warehouse needs to have everything checked before it goes out . I have spent a lot of money on kenchi products so I expect good quality customer service too

Im in love
The shears cut like butter and I absolutely love how comfortable and pretty they are! Just wish the pink was actually more pink. Not so purple. Also the charm fell off after about ten minutes of using them. But I didn't get the for the charm! They still work amazingly! Will be getting more shears soon! [KENCHII: Thanks for your feedback. We have since changed the charm clasp from spring ring to lobster claw.]
