Returns Policy
You may return items, in their original packaging, within 30 days of delivery. A dated, proof of purchase should accompany your return. Should an item be returned without its original packaging, a 20% restocking fee will apply. Kenchii will pay return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.)
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
A return authorization number provided by a Kenchii customer service representative MUST be obtained for all returns, exchanges, and replacements. If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
All exchange requests by the customer will be subject to shipping charges to and from Kenchii.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Our shipping fees are flat rate for ground, 2nd day, and international standard. Please call 1.888.4KENCHII if you need quotes for next day or international shipping. Import duties and taxes for international shipping not included. International duties and taxes are calculated and collected by local Customs and paid by recipient.

Kenchii 30-Day Unlimited Warranty
Kenchii offers a 30-Day unlimited warranty on all products. You may return items, in their original packaging, within 30 days of delivery. A dated, proof of purchase should accompany your return. Outside of the 30-Day warranty window products must be sent to Kenchii for a manufacturer defect evaluation to determine warranty eligibility. Warranty eligibility is at the discretion of our repair team. Products returned that do not meet the requirements are subject to repair or exchange fees. All domestic warranty submissions are subject to a $10.50 return shipping fee.
Kenchii Lifetime Warranty
Kenchii provides a lifetime warranty on manufacturer’s defects on the shear mechanism and handle integrity. Blade edges are not covered outside of our 30-day return window and are subject to repair and return shipping fees. Warranty does not cover issues caused by general usage, neglect, damage caused by another sharpener, etc. Shear blades must be maintained properly to ensure blade life; please see our resources section on proper maintenance technique. Shears must be submitted to Kenchii for a manufacturer defect evaluation to determine warranty eligibility. Products returned that do not meet the requirements are subject to repair or exchange fees. Warranty eligibility is at the discretion of our repair team.
Fab Pants
Defective Fab Pants are subject to a 15-day return window. Returns will only be accepted if the garment has not been worn and are in original packaging.
Flash Clipper One-Year Limited Warranty
Outside of the 30-Day Unlimited Warranty window, Flash Clippers are eligible for a limited one-year warranty on manufacturer defects. Clippers must be sent to Kenchii for a manufacturer defect evaluation to determine warranty eligibility. Products returned that do not meet the requirements are subject to a flat rate repair fee of $25. Warranty eligibility is at the discretion of our repair team. All domestic Flash Clipper warranty submissions are subject to a flat rate $15 return shipping fee.
