A little hard to open and close

Dull
I’ve only used my thinners three times and they’re already dull and won’t cut any hair. With as much as I paid I’d expect them to come sharpened. I’ve also had to mess with the tension on these A LOT because they keep getting stuck where they won’t close completely so I can’t really use them.
