Unfortunately it was...
When I received the brush, the handle was very loose from the brush head. No way to tighten it back up that I knew of. Had to return it. The brush head looked like a nice quality though.

Best slicker for...
Amy from Go Groomer on YouTube raves about Kenchii products, especially the slickers for us Doodle owners. I love this brush so much. Very comfortable to use, gets though the undercoat smoothly and my pup doesn't fight me anymore. Out of the whole grooming process, she hated slicker time. Now she loves to get brushed every night meaning a happy owner, happy dog and no more mats!!! Thank you for a great product

Great Brush
Super happy with this brush so far! I needed a nice, medium sized slicker brush for general grooming tasks. The brush feels really nice in your hand and is a really good weight. I know one review said it wouldn’t be good if you have small hands, I do and it works/fits great. :) The bristles aren’t super long so I feel confident using it on breeds with all lengths of hair. If a dog has a SUPER thick coat or has significant matting then you may need to use a different brush with longer bristles. My *only* issue isn’t even with the brush itself, but with how the tag was ziptied onto it. It was so tight against the brush that when I was trying to remove it I ended up scratching some spots on the brush. No big deal, just something to consider. Overall I love this brush :)
