Manufacturer defects, bad customer...

Had these for 30 days with one product replacement due to manufacturing defects and then had to submit a PayPal claim to get them returned after the second defect occured. They're made with cheap plastic.

They sound rattly. They sometimes do not cut and they snag the hair, and the clippers will stop working because a piece of hair is snagged in it. They're cute, but they feel cheap.

I absolutely love these clippers! I would definitely say these clippers are great for most coat types but, I love using them for smaller breeds, sanitary & paw trims. They are salsa very light weight which definitely helps to offset my heavier Andis clippers to make the day easier on my wrists! Overall an amazing product I’m really happy with. Just not the clippers you can use on everything!
