30-Day Returns Policy
You may return items, in their original packaging, within 30 days of delivery. A dated proof of purchase must accompany your return. Should an item be returned without its original packaging, a 20% restocking fee will apply.
Kenchii will pay return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect item). All customer-initiated exchange requests are subject to shipping charges to and from Kenchii.
Refund Processing & Authorization
A Return Authorization Number provided by a Kenchii representative MUST be obtained for all returns, exchanges, and replacements. Log in to your account, select "Complete Orders" under My Account, and click Return Item(s).
Expect refunds within 4 weeks (includes 5–10 days transit, 3–5 days processing, and 5–10 days bank clearance). You will receive an email notification once processed.
Global Shipping Information
We ship to virtually any address worldwide, subject to regional restrictions. Standard Ground, 2nd Day, and International Standard rates are calculated as flat fees.
Import duties and taxes for international orders are not included; they are calculated and collected by local Customs and paid by the recipient.

30-Day Unlimited Warranty
Kenchii offers a 30-day unlimited warranty on all products. You may return items, in their original packaging, within 30 days of delivery. A dated proof of purchase must accompany your return. Should an item be returned without its original packaging, a 20% restocking fee will apply.
Kenchii will cover return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. For standard exchanges within the 30-day window, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
Kenchii Lifetime Warranty
We provide a lifetime warranty on manufacturer defects affecting the shear mechanism and handle integrity. Blade edges are covered exclusively within our 30-day window and are otherwise subject to standard repair and shipping fees.
Does not cover general wear, neglect, or third-party sharpening damage. Shears must be submitted for defect evaluation; eligibility is determined by our repair team.
Limited Product Warranty
Outside the 30-day window, items must be submitted for manufacturer defect evaluation. Non-eligible items are subject to standard repair or exchange fees.
Flash Clipper (1-Year Limited)
Eligible for a 1-year limited warranty on manufacturer defects after the initial 30-day window. Non-qualifying units are subject to a flat-rate $25 repair fee and a $15 return shipping fee.
Fab Pants Coverage
Defective Fab Pants are subject to a 15-day return window. Returns are accepted only if the garment is unworn and in its original packaging.
