I ordered the scissors and they were lost in the mail. I contacted kenchii and they sent a replacement right away and was very helpful and friendly! I have not had a chance to use them yet but as I have other scissors my kenchii I am sure I will love them too!

This set is nothing short of heavenly as the title states. Perfectly weighted, super sharp and almost effortless to use. They glide through my fur babies hair like butter. My ‘home grooming’ has improved greatly with these wonderful shears. Looking forward to trying out a few of the Asian style cuts with my new shears.
