The set is great with the exception of the thinning sheers. They catch on themselves.

The chonkers aren’t closing well enough on the tips and it’s pulling the hair. So far, no dogs have seemed to have noticed, but it’s pretty aggravating to me.

These are very good, especially for the price. The set is great to have and the scissors all cut very smoothly except the straight scissors, these keep pushing the hair forward instead of cutting it. I may see if having them sharpened fixes it, but having to sharpen new scissors isn't great. The other 3 pairs are wonderful, though, I'm especially a fan of the blenders.
